Loaded Queso Empanadas
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 can 10oz Fire Roasted Rotel
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 package 16oz Velveeta Cheese
- ½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- ½ cup Beer
- Store Bought Pie Crust
Instructions
- Brown Ground beef, drain
- Melt Butter, add flour
- 400 degrees 15 minutes or until golden brown
