On medium to high heat add grapeseed oil into dutch oven, once oil is hot add in stew meat, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and /oregano, then saute until brown.
Once beef is brown, add in tomatoes, green chiles, onions, and garlic. Continue to saute on medium to high heat for 10 minutes, or until tomatoes are soft and cooked down.
Add in flour and mix well until combined with meat chunks. Then add in broth, water, and remaining seasonings. Bring to boil, then simmer on low to medium heat and cover.
Let simmer for 1 ½ hours. Remove lid, stir, and let cook further uncovered on medium to high heat for 15 more minutes.
Serve with favorite tortillas and rice. Enjoy!
