In a large bowl, combine ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, red chili flakes, thyme, garlic powder, red onion, chicken bouillon, parsley and 2 eggs.
Add in ground chicken and mix until well combined.
Form into even sized meatballs, about 2-inch size balls. Place on tray and refrigerate
Scramble eggs in a medium sized dish and then mix together breadcrumbs, flour and salt and pepper to taste in another medium sized dish
Remove meatballs from the fridge and dredge them in the order of egg to flour to egg to panko. Repeat until all of the balls are well coated.
Place on foil lined air fryer insert, being sure not to let them touch and cook at. 400 for 10-15 minutes
