- 4 oz strawberry cream cheese spread
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Puree or Jam I just put frozen strawberries in sugar in the blender to make a quick puree
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- Pinch of salt to taste
Instructions
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the strawberry cream cheese spread until smooth.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- Beat the mixture on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Use immediately as a cake filling or refrigerate until ready to use.
- Enjoy!
