Sheet Tray Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into thin strips
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper julienned
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper julienned
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper julienned
  • 1 Red Onion cut into quarter wedges
  • 3 tbsp Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 fresh lime
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tbsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tbsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • 1 small lime
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degree F.
  • In a large bowl, add in chicken strips, julienned bell peppers, onion wedges, olive oil, seasonings, garlic, and squeeze in lime juice. Mix well until combined and evenly seasoned.
  • Spread out on a foil lined sheet tray, being sure nothing is over lapping. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
