Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into thin strips
- 1 Red Bell Pepper julienned
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper julienned
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper julienned
- 1 Red Onion cut into quarter wedges
- 3 tbsp Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
- 1 fresh lime
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- ½ tbsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tbsp Black Pepper
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 1 small lime
- ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degree F.
- In a large bowl, add in chicken strips, julienned bell peppers, onion wedges, olive oil, seasonings, garlic, and squeeze in lime juice. Mix well until combined and evenly seasoned.
- Spread out on a foil lined sheet tray, being sure nothing is over lapping. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
