Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter plus 2 tbsp, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ¼ cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tablespoon red food coloring 1 ½ tsp
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, and lightly grease.
- In a large bow, melt butter in 30-45 second intervals, then whisk in the sugar and cocoa powder. Whisk vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
- Whisk in the egg, vanilla extract and red food coloring.
- Carefully fold in the flour and salt using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.
- Add in the vinegar and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean or with a few damp crumbs.
- Cool the brownies before slicing. Enjoy!
