Ingredients
- 1 box Frozen Puff Pastry
- 1 1/2 12 oz Lil Smokies packages
- 1 ½ tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 slices Havarti Cheese sliced into small pieces
- 2 Sprigs of Rosemary destemed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Roll out defrost puff pastry sheets on floured surface until about a forth of an inch thick, then cut into equal rectangles each with a 1 ½ inch width.
- Brush the center of each rectangle with a little bit of dijon, being sure to stay away from the edges. Add a small piece of cheese, sprinkle with a pinch of rosemary, then add a lil smoky in on the edge of one side, and roll up 3/4ths of the way, brush remaining edge with egg wash, finish rolling, and press seam to seal.
- Chill in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
- Prick each roll with a fork long ways, brush with more egg wash, sprinkle with coarse and bake in the oven for 24 minutes, or until brown.
