- Reduced Fat Provolone
- Arugula
- ½ Yellow Onion Julienned
- ½ cup green onions
- Sourdough bread
- Grapeseed oil
Sauce:
- 1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- ½ cup cucumber small diced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp white vinegar or red wine if you have it
- 1/4 th cup fresh dill
- 1 bulb garlic to roast
- Salt and Pepper to taste
