PCOS Friendly Steak Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Skirt Steak
  • Reduced Fat Provolone
  • Arugula
  • ½ Yellow Onion Julienned
  • ½ cup green onions
  • Sourdough bread
  • Grapeseed oil

Sauce:

  • 1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cucumber small diced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp white vinegar or red wine if you have it
  • 1/4 th cup fresh dill
  • 1 bulb garlic to roast
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
