Strawberry Cake Recipe (shhh we use box cake)
Today, we’re talking about whipping up a strawberry cake that’ll make your taste buds do the cha-cha and your friends beg for more. Forget about that fancy bakery down the street – you’re about to become the dessert king/queen of your crew.
Prepping the Goodness
First things first, you’re gonna preheat that oven to 325 degrees F. Get those cake pans greased up with some cake goop. If you don’t know what cake goop is, you’re probably too new for this recipe. Keep moving.
Mixing the Magic
Grab a big bowl and dump in your cake mix and strawberry Jell-O. Make a little well in the center like you’re digging for gold. Pour in the milk, vegetable oil, and crack those eggs in there. Stir in half the container of strawberries – blended up if you wanna be fancy. Beat that mix on low speed until it’s all blended and looking awesome.
Baking It
Pour your batter into the prepared pans. Slam those bad boys in the oven and let them bake for 30-35 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when you stab them with a toothpick and it comes out clean. Resist the urge to eat the batter straight out of the bowl. Or don’t. I’m not your mom.
The Cool Down
Let the cakes chill for about 5-10 minutes, then wrap them in plastic wrap. This keeps them from drying out and locks in all that sweet, sweet moisture. You might be tempted to skip this step, but trust me, you’ll thank me later when your cake doesn’t taste like the Sahara.
Wrap Up
And there you have it – a strawberry cake that’s easy, tasty, and guaranteed to impress. Whether you’re making this for a party, a date, or just because you got the munchies, this cake is a straight-up winner. So go on, get baked and enjoy your masterpiece.
