Frozen Mango Lemonade

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Mesh Strainer
  • 1 cup measuring cup
  • Wet measuring cup
  • Stemless wine glasses
  • Pitcher
  • Cutting Block
  • Knife
  • Saucepan
  • Rubber spatula

Ingredients

  • 20 oz frozen mango Chunks
  • 8 lemons
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 cups cane sugar

Instructions

  • Combine 1 cup of water and cane sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to boil and constantly stir until sugar has dissolved. Once dissolved, remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  • Add mango chunks, ice, and simple syrup to the blender. Place the strainer over the opening of the blender and squeeze in lemons.
  • Blend until smooth and enjoy!!
