This is one of those recipes that doesn’t look quite like restaurant quality but still impresses and is super satisfying to enjoy after a super long day
Quick & Easy Steak Stir Fry Dinner
Easy, Savory, Filling, and Balanced. This is the perfect lazy dinner that satisfying your belly, wallet, and time!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Skirt Steak
- 2 cups sliced Cabbage
- 1 cup sliced Carrots
- 1 1/2 cup Kale
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp minced Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 packages of Ramen Noodles
- Sesame Seeds garnish
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice steak against the grain into 1 inch thick pieces. Place steak slices in bowl or baggy, then add in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, honey, salt, and red chili flakes. Massage well until well combined. Let rest while cooking ramen (noodles only) according to package instruction.
- In hot skillet, sauté marinated steak until brown, then move steak to half off pan.
- Add in carrots, cabbage and kale to empty half of pan. Sauté veggies in marinade juices until wilted, then incorporate with steak. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes then add in cooked and drained ramen. Sauté until desired crispness, season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
