1cupAll Purpose Flour
1cupPanko Bread Crumbscan use italian for a more herby taste
2wholeEggs
1tspsalt
1tsppepper
1tspgarlic powder
1tsppaprika
1tsporegano
Instructions
In a shallow dish, add in egg contents and whisk to create egg bath. Then in another shallow dish, mix together flour, panko, and seasonings until well combined
Heat up 2 inches of frying oil in Dutch oven on high heat
While oil heats up, fully coat ravioli in egg bath, then fully coat in breading mixture, handful at a time.
Once the oil is hot, turn heat down to medium-high heat and drop in coated raviolis, being sure to separate them if they start touching. Fry for 1 minute, flip then fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until golden brown. Take out, drain on a paper towel and repeat until all raviolis are fried.
