Fried Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Buitoni Ravioli I like to use the cheese version, but completely your choice!
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs can use italian for a more herby taste
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions

  • In a shallow dish, add in egg contents and whisk to create egg bath. Then in another shallow dish, mix together flour, panko, and seasonings until well combined
  • Heat up 2 inches of frying oil in Dutch oven on high heat
  • While oil heats up, fully coat ravioli in egg bath, then fully coat in breading mixture, handful at a time.
  • Once the oil is hot, turn heat down to medium-high heat and drop in coated raviolis, being sure to separate them if they start touching. Fry for 1 minute, flip then fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until golden brown. Take out, drain on a paper towel and repeat until all raviolis are fried.
  • Serve with marinara for dipping and enjoy!
