Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp plus ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • ¼ cup pancake syrup
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas. Then add butter, syrup, milk, egg, sugar, and stir until combined.
  • Sift in flour and baking powder. Add in salt and then fold until smooth and well combined, but don’t overmix. Let sit for 10 minutes
  • Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Drop ¼ cup of batter in and cook until the top starts bubbling, flip and cook until the other side is golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
