Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp plus ¾ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- ¼ cup pancake syrup
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas. Then add butter, syrup, milk, egg, sugar, and stir until combined.
- Sift in flour and baking powder. Add in salt and then fold until smooth and well combined, but don’t overmix. Let sit for 10 minutes
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Drop ¼ cup of batter in and cook until the top starts bubbling, flip and cook until the other side is golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
